Personal Commitment The consultant who accepts the assignment will always do the assignment themselves. Researchers may be used, focused by the consultant, to identify names of suitable potential candidates, but all contacts with the candidate will be by the appointed consultant who will not covertly or overtly use junior colleagues or researchers with less experience to carry out the work. The person with whom the trust bond is established actually does the work.
